These terms apply when you register for or attend an event run by Predictable Progress Ltd, such as a Practitioner Preview or a Practitioner Session, whether it is free or paid, online or in person. By registering, you agree to them. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Events are booked through Luma (luma.com). Your registration is confirmed when you receive a confirmation from Luma. A place is for the named person. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your place to a colleague by emailing us before the event.
Prices shown for paid events include VAT. Luma's receipt may not show the VAT amount separately. We will issue a VAT invoice on request, showing our VAT registration number. Email us at .
If you cannot attend a free event, please release your place so someone else can attend.
For a paid event, you may cancel and receive a full refund of the ticket price if you tell us at least 7 days before the start. Within 7 days of the start we do not give refunds, but you may transfer your place to a colleague or move to the next available session. Refunds are paid to the original payment method.
We may cancel, postpone or change an event, for example if too few people register, if the facilitator is unwell, or because of venue or technical problems. We will tell you as soon as we reasonably can. If we cancel a paid event or reschedule it to a date you cannot attend, you can have a full refund of the ticket price or move to another session. We are not responsible for travel, accommodation or other costs you incur.
Please treat other attendees with respect. We may remove anyone who disrupts an event. For a paid event, no refund is due if we remove you for that reason.
We do not record events unless we tell you beforehand. Please do not record or transcribe a session. Attendees share real situations from their work during discussion. Please do not attribute what another attendee says, or the organisation they work for, outside the session without their permission.
Slides, handouts, the Alignment Audit and other event materials belong to Predictable Progress Ltd. You may use them within your own team or organisation. You may not republish, resell or distribute them more widely without our prior written consent.
Events share general practitioner guidance. They are not professional, legal or financial advice, and we do not guarantee any particular result from applying what is discussed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising from an event is limited to the price you paid for your ticket (or nothing, for a free event), and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

These Event Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have as a consumer to bring a claim in your local courts.
